U.S. Shipping and Handling

    • We will ship your item within 24 business hours after the payment is received.
    • Combined shipping is offred for all listings with exception of listings requring emmediate payment.
    • Combined shipping is only offered when all items are paid for in one consolidated payment. Items paid for separately will be shipped separately.

    • For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, we offer USPS Priority Mail, Fedex Over Night, and US 2nd Day upon request.

International Shipping and Handling

    • Currently, we only deliver to Canada. We are sorry for inconvenience for our customers from other countries.
    • Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable address.
    • Buyers are responsible for additional COD charges, VAT, brokerage fee, Custom fees, and Duty of importation (if any). We only handle the shipping.

UPS Customer Pickup

    • Customers that need to pick up there package(s) at a UPS Customer Center need to follow these steps.
    • Step #1 – Locate the UPS tracking number, then login to www.ups.com and retrieve the current status. This will give the current location and estimated delivery date so that a pickup can be arranged.
    • Step #2 - Under the “Locations” tab select UPS Customer Centers.
    • Step #3–Select “Find Locations” from the list on the Right Side
    • Step #4 – Fill in the Address information on the Left Side. Next change the “Location Type” so the UPS Customer Center is the ONLY one selected. Then click on the “Find” button
    • Step #5 – The results will show the Customer Centers in the customer’s area based on the criteria entered. Please note, it MUST be a “UPS Customer Center”
    • Step #6 – Contact the general UPS Customer Center (1-800-742-5877) to arrangepickup at the local Customer Center. The customer must supply the tracking number and will be required to present a valid picture ID, the address on the ID must match the address on the package prior to it being released
    • NOTE: Re-routing packages can be only done by our store customer service; and we would charge you $15 as the re-routing fee.
