Announcement (7 Nov 2009)
We were just informed by the post office that the mail delivery service will be subject to delay due to the sudden increase of the demand of the bulk mail service. In addition, the delay will be worsen since it’s near Christmas peak season. They need extra handling time to process the existing overloaded mails. Please be patience if you still have not received your items after 14 business days from the date of shipment. It may take a month for the item to arrive until the postal service is back to normal. I thank you for your patience in advance and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We will update you the progress when we receive the news from the post office.
