Vacation notice was listed on all active listings with a date of return and when shipping would resume, extra communication was sent to all customers to remind them. Normal delivery was then resumed. Ebay supplies vacation options for listings and places a notice on all listings and updates all visual shipping times on items so the customer can be informed before a purchase is made.
