Q: How many Cards do I get, I am confused?
A: You are paying for a DIGITAL FILE & will be sent ONE High Resolution jpg file of your design via email (like a photo would be attached to a email message). You then download and save the file to your computer & PRINT HOW EVERY MANY YOU WOULD LIKE, all for one low price.
Or you can upload your invitation file to a favorite on-line photo lab for 1-hour prints. Most all on-line photo labs have a BUY prints option where you will be prompted to upload your card file and follow the easy step by step check out instructions, it's super simple.. Promise...
Q: Do you offer PRINTING services?
A: I DO NOT OFFER ANY PRINTING SERVICES, sorry!! All my designs are printed by YOU or a printing lab of your choice.
Q: Can Wording, colors, etc be changed?
A: Yes, all the wording on my samples can be edited, as well as colors, font's etc.
Q: How long before I receive my Proof?
A: All Proofs are emailed with-in 2-3 Business days from the time I receive all your info (excluding Holiday's and weekends). Cleared payment must be received before any work begins. I do not offer RUSH SERVICES, sorry.
Q: What kind of paper do I use to print my card on?
A: All my card designs can be printed on any type of photo paper (what photo-labs use for prints) or you can use a nice card stock. Kinko's & most office supply stores (Staples, etc) offer a wide range of card stock printing options. So it's really just a matter of personal preference as to the look and feel you are going for... BOTH look great!
Q: Can I upload my card to a on-line photo-lab for printing?
A: You sure can, CVS, Costco, Walgreens, etc, or if you prefer a nice card stock then as I stated above KINKO'S or a Office supply store offer card stock prints. However, you would need to save your card file to a memory card/usb drive/cd/etc, then physically take in to kinko's, staples, etc as their on-line services are mostly for printing office type documents.
Q: Where can I get envelopes?
A: Most office supply stores carry a wide range of envelopes, just be sure to check the box for the dimensions to make sure they will accommodate your cards!! Coin style envelopes work great for my 2x6 TICKET invites. You can even find envelopes here on eBay.
Q: How do I pay/get Matching Party Favor Items?

Q: Can you make the card WITHOUT a photo?
A: I sure can, just advise that you will not be including a photo when you send your info
Q: Do you do Special Request/Custom Orders?
A: I sure do, Just contact me and let me know what you had in mind, & I will let you no if I can accomodate your request! NOTE: Due to my extremely busy workload, Special Request orders do require 5-7 business days to process/complete (depending on the request) so please keep this in mind when submitting your Request. |
