Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping. Express shipments can average more than four times the normal ground shipping costs. If you want to pay the extra cost to expedite shipping, please contact us via ebay messenger or call us at 760-585-1123.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes, please see specific listing for details and procedure for check out.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes we can ship to an address different than the billing address. The address you specify during check out is where your package will ship. Please note once you have paid for your order, addresses cannot be changed per eBay policy.
How fast will I get my item?
We ship Monday through Friday. Products will be shipped within forty eight (48) hours of payment being received. Payments received and cleared by noon on Friday (PST) will process and ship the following Monday. You will receive an item shipped notification email with your tracking number. With today's anti-virus software programs, our automated responses can sometimes end up in "Spam" or "Junk" folders. Please check those folders if you have not received correspondence from us. Once your item leaves our warehouse we have no control of shipping time or possible shipping delays. Please check your tracking number using FEDEX or USPS for updates.
What shipping couriers do you use?
We ship FEDEX Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority International. Please keep in mind that we cannot control shipping obstacles such as courier loads, weather delays, international customs or any other unforeseen shipping delays.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or PO/APO addresses?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Each listing will indicate where we ship. Please reference the listing for details. If you do not see your country listed then we do not ship to your country and cannot make an exception. The way eBay bundles our shipping destinations limits our options. We apologize if your country is not listed.
How long will my international shipment take?
CGCGolfShopAuctions will process and ship your order within forty eight (48) hours of your payment clearing. Once the item leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of USPS and the international carrier (Canadian Post, Australia Post, etc.) to deliver. Customs can take up to twenty-one (21) days to process and clear packages. CGCGolfShopAuctions, USPS and the International carrier have no jurisdiction over Customs. Once processed by Customs, packages will be released for delivery. Please be patient with all international shipments. If after 14 days from shipping notification, you have not received your package, contact CGCGolfShopAuctions and we will be happy to research the delay. Our experience has been that most delayed shipments arrive within 30-days of the ship date. On the rare occasion your package is delayed beyond thirty (30) business days, please contact CGCGolfShopAuctions and we will explore replacement options with you.
Do you offer local pick up?

What if my item arrives damaged?

Do you warranty the clubs you sell?
Yes, CGCGolfShopAuctions will 100% warranty your purchase from defects. If you have a specific warranty question please contact us via ebay messenger or call us at 760-585-1123.
Can I check the serial number before purchase?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate every request for serial numbers. Once your clubs arrive feel free to inspect the club, and if a serial number was provided, call the customer service department of the respective manufacturer. Please know we stand behind our products. We encourage you to review our feedback and purchase with 100% confidence.
What does the stamp "ARP" indicate on my TaylorMade set?
There is an extremely small ARP stamp next to the serial number on the hosel of the seven iron. “ARP” stands for Asset Recovery Product. This product comes from retail stores or pro shops and is returned for different reasons (over ordering, need to make room for new product, etc.). TaylorMade stamps ARP so that they know the history of the item. We purchase ARP items directly from TaylorMade. These are not seconds or factory blems…they are original first run items. Selling ARP product is standard re-sale practice, we have sold hundreds of these items over the years. We will honor the original manufacturer warranty by replacing or repairing equipment. How do I get my club specs?
All of the club specs will be in the description listing. If you need more specific information, other than the standard loft or lie angle, you can visit the manufacturer website for more detailed information.
How do I verify apparel sizes?
We strive to provide the best possible information to help you in your buying decision. If you need additional information, we recommend you visit the manufacturer website for more detailed information prior to ordering.
Where is the loft degree on the photo of the club in your listing?
We generally use stock photos and cover the loft so that we can use the same photo for multiple listings. All of the club specs, including loft, will be in the written description.
Can I return my purchase?
We take great pride in offering accurate product descriptions so you can shop with confidence to keep and enjoy your purchase. If however you need to return an item based on our guidelines below, we will be happy to assist you.
- Returns accepted on items accidently misrepresented in auction listings within 30-days of shipping date. Please contact CGCGolfShopAuctions before returning.
- Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30-days from the shipping date. For a full refund, items must be unused (in original package and wrap) and returned in the same condition as originally shipped to you. In this case buyer pays return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee at the time of refund. Please contact CGCGolfShopAuctions prior to returning.
- In the event your item has a manufacturer material flaw, you can return it within 30-days of shipping date for a refund or exchange. Please contact CGCGolfShopAuctions before returning.
- CGCGolfShopAuctions will not credit returns with evidence of excessive wear, misuse, or alterations.
Will you accept an offer on an auction item?
No, if you do not see a buy it now option then the listing is arranged auction style and we cannot end auctions early.
If the listed item doesn’t sell, will you take an offer?
No, we will re-list the item and you can feel free to bid again.
What if I am looking for a special item and you don’t have it listed?
We get new inventory in all the time. Keep watching our store and listings.
Will you take a club trade-in?
No, we cannot take trade-ins.
Will you customize my clubs?
No, we cannot make any modifications to your order. All products are sold as listed. We do not handle repairs or alterations of any kind.
Will you cancel my bid?
If the auction is still live and you accidently bid on the wrong item, contact CGCGolfShopAuctions via ebay messenger or call us at 760-585-1123 immediately and we will cancel your bid. We cannot cancel after you have already won the auction.
After winning an auction, can I cancel the transaction?
Please be careful when bidding to ensure you bid on the item you intend to win. EBay charges us a fee on all items sold. If you bid and win an auction you have entered into an agreement with CGCGolfShopAuctions to complete your purchase with payment. If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item, we will complete the transaction and an unpaid item strike will be placed on your eBay account.
How do I pay you?
We accept payment via PayPal. You will be sent a notification to your email address registered with eBay. You can follow the link in the email to complete your transaction. The transaction is processed through our secure checkout after the auction ends and will direct you to PayPal. If you do not use our secure check-out, please be aware that your payment process and shipment may be delayed.
Can I delay my payment to you?
Payment is expected within seven (7) days of auction close. You will receive a payment reminder from eBay. If payment in not received within this time period, an unpaid item dispute will be filed with eBay. If you are having trouble with PayPal please contact them directly to resolve your issue.
