Common Questions: Q. Do you combine shipping? A. Yes I do combine shipping! Shipping in the US for charms only are $2.50 no matter how many charms you order.  When you spend $20 or more and pay all at once shipping is FREE! Shipping to Canada for charms only are $3.50 no matter how many charms your order.  If you purchase and item, like a watch(es) or a bracelet(s), where the shipping is $2.50 or more, and you purchase charms also...you will not pay any additional shipping for the charms, just the shipping on the watch(es)or bracelet(s). I do also combine shipping for other items (watches, bracelets, etc.)with a nominal fee for shipping for each additional item purchased.(To receive the combined shipping, all items must be paid for together on 1 invoice. Please request a total after you are done shopping. No refunds for shipping will be issued if a payment is made without first getting a combined shipping invoice total from us. So please request an invoice!) Q. How Do I Personalize My Items? A. You can either send me an email at zcharmlady@hotmail.com with the personalization information for your charms or you can include it with your purchase. (if paying by paypal, put it in the "notes" section) ALL CHARMS SHOWN PERSONALIZED WITH NAMES AND DATES CAN BE PERSONALIZED BY YOU WITH YOUR OWN NAMES AND DATE FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU! Q. How long does it take to ship my items? A. I try to get all orders out within 3 to 4 days. But sometimes when making charms, they dry with a bubble on top making it hard to read so I have to redo it. Due to that fact, sometimes the charms will take a little longer. However, I do guarantee that ALL orders will be shipped within 7 days of payment. Q. I Don't See A Charm I am Looking For. Can you Custom Make It For Me and How Much Would it Cost? NO ADDITIONAL FEE for custom made charms! I will send you the "proof" of the charm after I create the charm so you can preview it before you buy it so you can decide if you like it.
