An incorrect part was installed during the refurbishing which rendered the machine inoperable. A diagnosis was made remotely by technicians of Charney Commercial sales. The correct part was identified, and was sent promptly. The problem was resolved in a timely and professional manner. I am well satisfied with the the machine, and I will not hesitate to contact Charney Commecial when I am in need of bakery equipment in the future.
