I ordered 2 different FDCs but the seller sent me 2 copies of one of them. I messaged and he said he would resend the missing item but it has never arrived. I waited 5 weeks before opening a case and requesting a partial (half) refund. He stated that he’d refunded me half the purchase price “earlier” that day, but to date I haven’t received any notification of the refund or seen it posted in my PayPal account. So: half the order missing, no refund, slow (or no) response; a total nightmare!
