All items must be paid for within 3 days, unless we have a prior agreement. I accept PAYPAL (you can pay with Credit Cards through Paypal without a Paypal Account. I also take AMEX, Visa, MC, and Discover via my own secure processor.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Customer is responsible for custom fees and brokerage fees. I do not charge an extra fee for packing or preparing custom forms. All custom forms will be "properly" filled out.
SHIPPING: I ship many fragile items and find USPS Priority an excellant choice. I will be glad to use other
shippers at customer's request. I am always happy to combine shipping costs.
MY GOAL--careful packing, safe shipping, and happy customers. Should any charge seem too high, please contact me prior to payment so I can review the charges...mistakes do happen.
DAMAGES & CLAIMS: I keep all insurance receipts until I am notified an item has arrived safely. Should the unfortunate happen I will work with you to help you file a claim. Please retain all boxes and packing materials.
