We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and Paypal. If you would like to use paypal, our account is mail@cjrfinearts.com. We also accept Money Orders, Personal checks and Wire Transfers. For transfer information or for special payment plans such as layaways please contact us.

Shipping
We normally ship domestic packages via UPS Ground. Tracking information will be sent to you via email. International orders will go UPS Worldwide using your credit card for billing. For other shipping arrangements please call or email us.

Return Policy
All items are 100% guaranteed to arrive undamaged. If an item is damaged during shipping you will be asked to fill out a claim form with the carrier and fax or mail it to us. Once that is done we will either replace your piece if another is available or issue you a 100% refund. We will wait for the insurance claim to settle. No returns after 15 days. Items returned within the 15 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee or 100% store credit. Shipping costs can not be refunded. No returns on frames, special orders or items not in our current inventory. Please inquire.

We are committed to ensuring the security of customers' order information. All credit card information is encrypted through a secure socket layer server (SSL) so that it cannot be read or copied as the information travels over the Internet. Depending on your browser, you will see a lock or key in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window. This ensures that the communication between your browser and our secure server cannot be observed by a third party.

Authenticity Policy
All items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. COAs are issued from CJR Fine Arts, which is widely recognized. Publisher COAs are not available. Many publishers are out of business, overseas or unreachable. We are authorized to produce Certificates of Authenticity under the umbrella of all of the vendors and publishers from which we purchase our art. There is a 100% money back return policy if any item is proven not to be authentic.

Privacy Policy
We are commited to your privacy. We do not sell our client list to anyone for any purpose. Your personal information such as your name, address, phone number and email addresses are used only internal for data tracking and to improve what we can offer you. We do from time to time send out an email offer to our client base only. You can opt out of our emails at anytime. We do not store any of your personal information in any accessible online files.

Availability and Pricing
We can not be held accountable or forced to honor pricing mistakes or typos on our website. (www.cjrfinearts.com) Although we strive to be 100% accurate on our site there may be a time when there is an error. If such an error exists CJR will do whatever it takes to rectify the situation immediately. As the nature of our business is in the field of art and each item is either a limited edition or an original one of a kind art work, not all of our items are always available. Sometimes there may only be one or two pieces in an edition left and someone may have ordered it just prior to your order. Of course if that is the case you can not be charged. If you notice any errors please let us know

Sales Tax
We charge 6.5% sales tax to all orders shipped to Florida.  We know that some areas of Florida have varied tax rates ranging from 6.0% to 7.5%.  Since Paypal has no way of differentiating the different rates per county, if you pay by paypal you will be charged a flat rate.of 6.5%.  If your area is more than that we will pay the rest.  If you are in a county that charges 6.0% and don't want to pay the extra .5% call us.
