At CKC Computers, we specialize in hard to find laptop parts and accessories. Because many of the parts we sell are no longer able to be found new, used parts are the only replacement parts available. We believe that many older laptops still have great value for their users and that by helping our clients maintain them, we are saving people money and preventing even more computer waste from entering the world's landfills.
Payment is expected within 7 days of the auction's close. I prefer online payment through PayPal. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding payment. eBay will email a winning bidder following the close of an auction with payment details. You can also click the 'Pay Now' button on the auction page after winning.
We believe all orders should be shipped quickly and safely. We do our best to process and ship all sales by the next business day after purchase. Items shipped using Express Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air may ship same day, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Look in the shipping details at the bottom of the page for all shipping options. Insurance is always recommended on any electronics item being shipped. Some of our high dollar items will have insurance included in the price of shipping. This will be noted in the auction. If insurance is not included in the cost of shipping, you will be able to choose it during checkout.
All returns must be sent back in the same or equivalent packaging. Any returns received in significantly different or substandard packaging may be refused. Items such as motherboards, keyboards or LCD screens sent back in an envelope will be refused and returned. Returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee.
We do our best to accurately describe all of our products for sale. Most of our computer merchandise is used, but thoroughly tested. Many of our items are hard to find and no longer available new. Because our products are used, we cannot offer any extended guarantees on them. If a product arrives and appears not to be working as advertised, please contact us. We may ask customers to perform some basic troubleshooting as quite often we find we can fix problems through tech support. In the event that a return is necessary, shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee. Items that appear to have been damaged cannot be returned for any reason. Items will be inspected upon return for damage and have all part and serial numbers checked against our records.
Items advertised “As-Is”, for parts, repair or experimentation may not be returned for any reason.
