If you like some item and want unique measurement or design, please message us your demands. Also we could make something as the sample pictures you offer. Anyway, it's our pleasure to make nice things same as your preference. And usually this make-to-order service charges 15% additional fee and takes 30 days.

* Usually our shipping fee includes insurance fee and the parcel is full insured when we arrange delivery. However the loss or damage compensation from post system is only for the lost or damaged parcel which addressee does not sign for. So, if the packing is damaged or imprinted when you receive the parcel, you should please request checking the goods before signing, or refuse to sign for it and message us ASAP. If you or your family have signed for the damaged parcel, in principle any compensation is impossible from post system.
* If the item is unsatisfactory in any sort, we encourage you to contact us and send back the item for a refund. We only ask that you tell us why the item was returned, so we may better serve you in the future. Items should be returned to us within 14 days. In this case the refund we offer is only the purchase price of item. All shipping fees and insurance are excluded and are non-refundable.
