I am currently working on shipping orders paid on DECEMBER 1, 2009. My apologies if I seem slow as of late.
I am so lucky to have so many understanding customers!! The death of a dear dear friend of 30 years has me so upset. He was way too young, it was so sudden and now that humor, good heart and his joy of life is gone. Thank you to my friends here on eBay for your patience.
Also, this time of the year be sure to allow me more time to ship out. Some newer folks may not realize that I am NOT a large business.

All buyers should be agreement with how I operate my store and auctions or please email me with any questions before you buy. FYI... Please keep in mind I do request 14 days from date of cleared payment to ship out the boxes (10 business days.)
MORE TIME IS NEEDED DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON.
It SELDOM takes me that much time but if it is very busy or my health may not allow me working with eBay, I ask your permission for this grace period. If you need it shipped faster...just drop me a seperate email and kindly let me know you need it faster than usual. ( I understand that some buyers may be late with gifts.) I am ALWAYS happy to help everyone. I just ask that you work with me. My appreciation goes out to the many good folks that have read and support my little eBay store and auctions in my retirement years. I will always do all that I can to help everyone.
Several buyers have given me less than a 5 on the seller's dashboard? Help me by sending me an email so I know what I could do for improvement? Ebay's dashboard leaves me clueless as what else I can do to help buyers rate me with all 5's. I have never been late with shipping yet I do not have a 5? I have called eBay but they said I was one of the better sellers and did not understand the lower dashboard score either. Please help me...as low scores will only raise the cost of sales to buyers in the long run due to the eBay fees and reduced eBay discounts. Thank you in advance for your time and help.
In reference to FLAT RATE BOXES...I do use it. But I do not offer that option to buyers due to many past issues. Usually if there is enough paid postage (parcel post or Priority) I use it at my discretion.
You should receive an automatic notification email from me via eBay when I ship out. If not. Please contact ebay and ask why you did not receive the notice with tracking information and my Thank you note.
Also I realize that eBay still has issues with adding postage up on multiple sales of different items. I will review paid invoices and send any refunds for gross over payments when I process orders via Paypal. I have so many good customers that just pay what eBay asks. I am watching out for you all the best I can.
Usually I turn the computer off Friday at 3 PM and back on about 11 AM on Mondays.
