 | A: Unless otherwise specified, items are usually shipped within 72 business hours. There are cases where an item may be delayed due to backorders. Please feel free to email about the status if it has been more than 10 business days since payment was received. |

 | A: Yes we ship internationally via priority mail. Shipping is calculated by weight and will vary by location. Not all items can be shipped internationally. |

 | A: Unless otherwise stated, ALL golf bags are custom made to order. It may take 2-4 weeks for delivery in the U.S. and 4-8 weeks internationally. If you have not received your golf bag after 4 weeks of payment received, please call or email us to check on the status. |
