Item that was advertised as mint/near mint was received in poor condition. Deep scratches across the front and back. Seller claimed that was not the one they had sent, then accused me of scamming them! I've opened a case with ebay. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this seller, I would never use them again and advise against anyone else purchasing from them.

Buyer is misusing the return option. Buyer changes story from not as described after finding out we took a photo of the item before shipping for the COA. Buyer then opens a case stating damaged in transit. We bubble wrapped & boxed securely. The damage to the metal tray indicates buyer caused it with a boxcutter. The damage is neither oxidized or rusted on the buyer submitted photo. It is fresh and new. The Post Office could not have caused this type of damage.
