Shipping
All items are shipped from Hong Kong (using Hong Kong Post service). We will ship items within 3-5 days after payment is received or after pending payment is cleared. We ship from Monday to Friday, we don't ship on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
We only ship to the shipping address in the paypal payment, so make sure all the shipping information in the paypal payment is correct, if you want to make changes, please write a note in the paypal payment directly, do not send us a message to ask us to ship to another address.
We will declare all the outward package as "GIFTS", and write a low value on the declaration sheet, to avoid customers to pay tax. In case if import tax is unavoidable(which happens rarely), we will not be responsible.We have two types of shipping options:
1. Standard Airmail Shipping
Purchase order over $35 we will use registered airmail with tracking number. Purchase order below $35 do not have tracking service sorry.
The following delivery time are just for reference, if the custom department hold the package for inspection, please expect longer time to clear custom procedure, remember it is shipped from overseas and it takes time, Your patience is greatly appreciated.

2. Express Shipping
We use EMS service provided by Hong Kong Post, all EMS package will have tracking number.
EMS shipping time is approximately 4-5 business days. It may take longer time if the custom department hold the package for inspection.
EMS shipping cost is the (standard shipping cost) + US$25
For the best, you can give us your telephone number, you can add contact information in the checkout or in the paypal payment.
Please do not give us P.O. Box as shipping address when it is EMS shipping.
We don't provide EMS shipping to the following countries: Italy, Philippines, Chile, Slovakia, Ukraine, China, Hong Kong.
New buyers with feedback score 0 or negative cannot choose EMS shipping service.
We don't use FedEx, DHL nor UPS.
Item Tracking
We will send an email with tracking number to notify buyer, it may take a few days between item has been sent out and you receive tracking number, don't worry. REMEMBER ONLY ORDER OVER $35 WILL HAVE TRACKING NUMBER.

Please note that the date in the website shown does not mean the date we gave the item to post office.It is the date that your item has passed all the custom checking progress and has departed from Hong Kong to your country.
