1. Does Cosplaywig.com have combined shipping discount?

YES, we offer $3 off on every next purchase. e.g. A buyer has bought 3 wigs from us, the selling price of each wig is $20 and the S&H of each wig is $9.99, then he/she need to pay: $20x 3+ $9.99x 3 - $3-$3=$83.97

We will send you a combined shipping invoice with the discounted price within a day. Please note that all free shipping items are not eligible for combined shipping discount.

2. Does Cosplaywig.com have combined shipping discount on FREE SHIPPING item?

No, we do not combine any free shipping items.

3. Does Cosplaywig.com ship to <<my country>>?

Global shipping is available when ordering from cosplaywig.com. S&H to all countries are the same.

4. How long does it take to ship to <<my country>>?

5. When will my order be shipped?

Any items that are in stock, will ship in 3-4 business days after the payment is completed. If it is echeck/ pending payment, we will wait for it to be cleared first. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

6. What kind of payment does Cosplaywig accept?

We accept credit cards from Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB. We also accept debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. All the payment is securely handled by Paypal. Money transfer, money order are not accepted.

7. When do I need to pay after making purchase?

Please pay within 3 days after you have bought items. If we have not received your payment within 3 days, we reserve the right to sell it to other customers. And you may receive not paying strike from eBay.

8. How does Cosplaywig handle out-of-stock item?

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, we will cancel that transaction and fully refund back to the original payment type. Please note that we will still process the rest of the order.

9. What is the Return & Refund policy?

All sales are final, we do not accept return for reason that the color of the wig don't look like in the description photo, as different monitors will display different colors. Refund or return can be made if and only if the following two situations are satisfied:

1. Wrong item has been shipped to buyer.
2. Deficiency and non man-made damage from factory

* Please filed the case with us within 3 days after the item is received, and provide us with clear photos.

10. How do I track my order?

Tracking is available if and only if your order is over $30.

Customers can check the delivery status of their parcel by accessing http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp. Please note that the date in the website shown does not mean the date we gave the item to post office. It is the date that your item has passed all the custom checking progress and has departed from Hong Kong to your country.

11. Do you take wig commission?

Sorry, we do not take wig commission.

12. When will I receive a positive feedback from Cosplaywig?

It is happy and honourable to have business with each customers. If you are satisfied with our products, please rate the details of the transaction ( Detailed Seller Ratings) on eBay with a "XXXXX" and leave us a positive feedback. Our system will automatically do the same for you. If you have any question, please contact us immediately, leaving negative or neutral feedback will not solve problem.
