What can be returned?
All sales are final. We do not accept refund request for reasons like the color does not look like in the picture, since different monitors will display different colors.
We accept incorrect item or faulty product for a refund within 3 days upon receiving the item. Returned wigs must be unworn and with all the original packaging.
Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the day you report the problem.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees when returning.
How to return products
If you would like to return product, please contact us, stating the detailed description of the reason or fault, your order number, your eBay user name and the date/time of the purchase.
Please note that faulty product should be returned within 30 days upon requesting refund. You should receive our first response within 24 to 48 hours.
- Products that are returned to us for a refund/replacement must be returned in a re-saleable condition. This means that all items forming part of the original shipment including package, manuals and any other items relating to that product must be included.
- We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. Do wrap the product with adequate packaging to prevent this from happening.
- Our Support Team will advise you of the recommended delivery method to use to return the product. We request that you return the product to us directly.
- Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier.
- Once the return is received, please allow up to 14 working days for credit (if applicable).
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
