1) When will my item(s) shipped?All items will be sent within 4-5 business days after payment is received/ payment is cleared. We will NOT send any email to buyers to notify them that their item(s) have been shipped. But we WILL send item(s) out if you have paid, don't worry.
2) I want to ship the item(s) to an address different from the one shown in paypal payment.
IF YOU WANT TO MAKE CHANGES ON SHIPPING INFORMATION, you MUST make the correction in the paypal payment (or at least write a note in the payment), we only ship according to the information in the paypal payment. Please do not send message to ask us to ship it to another address nor upgrade to EMS shipping after you have paid.
3)How do I get my item(s) shipped by EMS?
When you go to checkout to pay the item(s) you bought, please choose the EMS shipping choice, please don't send a message requiring EMS shipping after you have made payment. We just afraid that item may have been shipped already before we read your message.
4)When will I get my item?
It really depends on where you are, the delivery time to different countries are not the same:
SHIPPING TIME(approx.): 10 days to USA & Asian countries; 2 weeks to UK & Australia; 3-4 weeks to Canada, Germany & France. 1-2 months to Brazil, Italy and Spain. (The efficiency of Italy custom department are so slow, which we cannot control, Italian customers please understand.)

5) Do I get discount if I purchase more?
Yes sure, but make sure all the items are shipped to the same address and in the same paypal payment. If the item(s) already have free shipping discount, there is no further deduction on shipping charge.
Our COMBINE SHIPPING POLICY:
- buy 1 wig: no discount, by normal airmail, no tracking.
- buy 2 wigs or more: sum of the total -$2 x(number of wigs you bought -1) *free upgrade to registered airmail service with tracking
e.g. A buyer has bought 3 wigs from us, the selling price of each wig is $20 and the S&H of each wig is $9.99, then he/she need to pay: $20x 3+ $9.99x 3 - $2-$2=$85.97
6)What is your refund policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND, if you cannot accept it, please don't purchase.7) Do you custom made wigs?

8) Can I use hair straightener or hair curler on wigs?
Only if you have bought our heat resistant fiber made wigs, and control the temperature under 200C.Spray some water on the wig before you get it heat resetting.
