Payment:

Craft Super Center accepts Pay Pal and Money Orders. The fastest, easiest, and safest way to pay for items on eBay is by using Pay Pal. Pay Pal is the preferred payment method for most eBay buyers & sellers. Pay Pal enables you to send payments quickly and securely on-line using a credit card or bank account.  At Pay Pal, you can choose how you would like to fund your Pay Pal payments (for example, using a checking account, credit card, or Pay Pal balance) and then send the payment. Sign up for Pay Pal is free and easy.

If paying with a Money Order or Check please contact me through eBay.

Shipping & Handling:

Craft Super Center takes great care and pride in shipping & handling. Depending on the amount and size or your order, please allow up to 7 days to process your order for shipment after date of cleared payment. 

Most orders will be shipped on Tuesday, if payment is received/cleared by Monday 4 pm. Friday if payment is received/cleared by Thursday 4 pm.

International customers,  please allow a minimum of 7 days to process & ship your order.  Priority shipping is the only shipping method available.  Packages will be received with in 10 days of being shipped out. Minimum cost to ship will be $12.95. Tracking numbers are available upon request.

Combine shipping is available and recommended.  We will try our best to ship your items at the least cost to you.   If you have a question or concern about your shipping fee please contact us through eBay.

When purchasing multiple items please wait for an Invoice before making your final payment. eBay doesn't always calculate combine shipping correctly. 

Packages are shipped as stated.  If you would like to change the method of shipping please contact us before making your payment. Tracking numbers are available upon request. Most packages will arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. This is not a guarantee.

Quantity Availability:

All store items have a default quantity of 25. Quantity on most store items are limitless, if you are interested in more than 25, please contact us through eBay & a quantity adjustment will be made for you. Orders over 25 will have to be specially ordered. These orders will only occur after payment is received. Orders over 25 can take up to 4-6 weeks to receive.

Order Acceptance:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.  We request the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product pricing information or description. If your order is canceled you will receive an immediate refund of your payment and an apology.

Merchandise Content:

Craft Super Center attempts to be as accurate as possible in its product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you find a product is not as described or is questionable, please contact us through eBay.

Colors:

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Product Return:

Craft Super Center wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you're not happy with any item, simply return with in 14 day of your invoice date in the original unopened packaging for a full refund of the product purchase price.

Unfortunately, We cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.

Customers are responsible for the return postage. Please allow 5-7 days after receiving your returned items for your refund.

Mis-ship, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments:

If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us through eBay  immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly.
