I honestly could not be happier with my purchase, It did take a couple of weeks to arrive, but it still arrived early, It was very well packaged, with foam all around the inside of the box and it was wrapped with several layers of (small bubbles) bubble wrap, It was exactly the Vogel crystal that was pictured, the crystal was the very nicest cuts, it was also very clear, with the smallest amount of blue flame/Angle wings in it, all cuts even and true, in my personal opinion the very best, A+A+A+
