| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We have a seven day return policy on defective items. We give refunds on items that are "Guaranteed no DOA". After an item is returned and we test it, if the item is indeed defective we will refund the cost plus shipping both ways or give you store credit (whichever you prefer). On items listed "AS IS" there is no return policy. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes we combine shipping. If the order exceeds 70lbs we will have to ship in two boxes. We will e-mail you and give you the best rate possible. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:We ship items between Monday and Thursday. After a payment has been received we will ship the next available day. International orders fall under the same guidelines but take somewhat longer to process. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |
|
| A:We charge $1.50 US for packing materials for the initial order. Each additional item adds $.25 US and the total weight is calculated by UPS or USPS. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:Yes. We use Express Mail & Priority Mail International only. On items under 60lbs this is the shipper we prefer. Items over 60lbs we prefer UPS Worldwide Expedited. Remember, UPS charge brokerage fees in most countries. Some items are not available for international shipping. Please review your customs policies prior to bidding. |
| Q:Can I use my UPS or USPS account to ship domestic or international items? |

| A:We do not us other company accounts for shipping. If an item exceeds $500.00 we will make an exception. Remember, for international orders you are still responsible for brokerage fees when using UPS. |
| Q:Do you accept credit card payments over the phone? |
|
| A:Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover. We are open Monday through Friday 8-5pm EST. Call 1-540-904-7090 ext 1756 or e-mail information to auction@cyclesystems.com. When e-mailing provide: card type, name on card, card #, expiration date & 3-digit CVV2 code. |
| Q:Is there a charge for local pickup? |
|
| A:There is a $10.00 charge for freight items picked up at our facility. There is no charge for non-freight items that are picked up locally. |
| Q:What if I want to pick up my item? |
|
| A:We are located at 316 Walnut Ave. SE, Roanoke, Virginia. Please contact us at 540-904-7090 if you need help getting here. We accept pick-ups Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. Items left over 60 days (two months), will be considered abandoned and re-listed. |
| Q:Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses? |

| A:Due to multiple lost packages by this method, we do not ship to APO and FPO addresses. |
