| Q:How will my item ship? |

| A:Our items ship small parcel. The carrier will be either UPS or FedEx. We do not use USPS. |
| Q:Do you accept offers? |

| A:We only list our auctions as "Buy It Now." We do not accept offers. |
| Q:Where do you ship to? |
|
| A:We ONLY ship within the United States. We cannot ship to any countries outside the USA. All US Shipping addresses must be a physical address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. |
| Q:Do you offer gift wrapping or personal cards? |

| A:No, we do not. Also, since we drop ship our products, invoices will be included with all orders. |
| Q:Can I ship my order to an address other than my eBay registered address? |

| A:We can ship to an alternate address if it is a physical (non PO Box) address within the United States. Please change your address upon check out by clicking the "Change Shipping Address" link. You can also send a note with your payment or email us at ebay@csnstores.com with the alternate address. |
| Q:Since I am near Boston, can I pick this item up? |

| A:Although our main offices are in Boston, we ship from warehouses across the country so we do not allow pick up. |

| A:No, we do not offer shipping insurance. |
| Q:Why didn't my eBay/PayPal coupon work? |

| A:If you are trying to use a coupon issued by eBay or PayPal, please contact them directly for assistance. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We have a 30 day return policy. You can return your purchase for any reason within 30 days. We will refund the price of the item, excluding our shipping & handling costs and a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be in the original packaging. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We can combine orders onto one invoice. Please request an invoice BEFORE you pay. If your order qualifies for a shipping discount, we will adjust the invoice accordingly and send it back to you. |
| Q:How will I know when my item shipped? |

| A:We send shipping notifications once an order has left the warehouse. All of our notifications are sent via email. These emails will be sent to the email address on file with eBay. (If your email address is out of date, please update so you will receive our notifications). |

| A:We provide FREE SHIPPING on the majority of our products. Some items have shipping costs which will be indicated in the listing. |

| A:We dropship the products from supplier warehouses throughout the country. To verify an item is in stock and ready to ship, please call us at (888) 478-4606. |
| Q:What if my product is backordered or discontinued? |

| A:We do our best to ensure that all items are in stock and ready to ship. We check our listings every 20 minutes; sometimes products may go out of stock before we can take the listing down & sometimes after an order has already been placed. We will update you via email & you will have the option to keep the order or cancel for a full refund. |
| Q:Can I cancel my order? |

| A:You can cancel the order up until it ships from the warehouse. If it has not shipped, we will cancel the order and issue you a refund. If the order has already shipped, you can return the product under our standard return policy (listed above). |
| Q:What if I want more than one of an item? |

| A:For most products, we have more than one available. Some of our listings already have quantity greater than one listed. If not, please email us at ebay@csnstores.com and we can adjust the quantity in the listing. |

| A:All of our products are brand new and in the original box. |
| Q:How come I have not receive a response to my weekend email? |
|
| A:We are open normal business hours Monday - Friday. If you send us an email on the weekend or a holiday, we will respond to you by the following business day. |
