| A:We offer a 30 days return policy.
If you would like to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee (10% of the purchase price). All returns need to be in the original packaging. |

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:In most cases multiple products will not be shipped together, unless they're coming from the same supplier. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:This depends upon the product ordered.
We provide the lead time from the warehouse in every listing. This is an estimate (not a guarantee), based upon the average time it takes orders to leave the warehouse from which the product will ship.
There is additional time in transit. Please e-mail or call for an estimate of this time. |

| Q:How much for shipping and handling? |

| A:We are proud to offer free shipping on most of our products!
If the products does not come with free shipping the outbound shipping costs will be indicated in the listing.
Please note, our actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund in the event you decide to return your product for a refund. |

| A:We issue replacement parts or units free of charge if the item has been damaged in transit.

| A:Our products are dropshipped from our various suppliers' warehouses. |

| Q:What if my product is backordered or discontinued? |

| A:We do our best to ensure products are in stock before posting to eBay but they can, from time, to time, become backordered or discontinued by our suppliers.
We will notify you as soon as we become aware of a backorder or discontinuation. You will be given the option to keep your order (if backordered) or cancel for a full refund (in either case) |

| Q:Can I cancel my order? |

| A:Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not shipped from the warehouse.
Cancellation requests will result in an e-mail to the warehouse to ensure the order has not shipped. This process can take 24 to 72 hours to complete. |

| Q:I saw a product in your eBay Store that I like, but the listing has since ended. Is it still available? |

| A:In most cases, yes.
We have access to a virtually unlimited supply of products, since we dropship from our suppliers' warehouses.
Just call or e-mail to check availability. Have the SKU # (in the listing) ready when calling. |

| A:Yes, in most cases.
We set the quantity of our eBay listings based upon the likelihood of it selling out at that quantity. But we have access to a virtually unlimited supply, generally, since we dropship our orders from our suppliers' warehouses.

| Q:I sent payment. Did you receive it? |
|
| A:You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from our Web site when your order has been processed. This can take around 24 to 72 hours if you paid with PayPal, 7-14 days if paying by check or money order, and just a few minutes if paying with a credit card over the phone.
