eBay messaging with this buyer indicated he believed we shipped him something other than pictured in the listing. However, everyone can see that the pictures in the listing are of the same item, clearly just different angles of the item. To this date the buyer has not started a return. If the item did not work for his application all he had to do was start a return; plain and simple. We have been an eBay seller for 21 years! And we have sold 115 of this item! Funny, his complaint is the first.
