| A:All of the items listed in our Ebay Store are brand new. At times we will have a few items listed that are not, but they will state with in the item description if this is so. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We are always happy to combine shipping based on the customer's zip code, country, total package weight, and appropriate handling charge. Simply allow us to send you an invoice once you have committed to buy and then make your payment. |
| Q:Why do you have a handling fee? |

| A:Your handling fee for in the USA covers all packaging materials and tracking number.
Your handling fee for outside of USA covers time/gas of first class mail to be taken to the Post Office & Packaging Materials. |
| Q:Are your Webkinz Products with Unused Codes? |

| A:All of our Webkinz products are brand new with unused/unopened codes. We will not accept any returns on these items due to the code unique to the item in our Ebay Store or Walk In store. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We are happy to send items outside of the USA. If you do not see your country listed or it listed only at a USA flat rate price please feel free to contact us. We will respond to all inquirys with in a timely fashion. |
| Q:Is the item pictured the exact item I will receive? |

| A:It is not always the exact item you will receive, unless otherwise stated. Our items are the same style, yet may have a very slight difference than the piece pictured. Please always ask or let us know if there is a certain quality you like about the pictured piece so we can chose a piece to suite you. |
