A:If item is not as described we will take a return for a full refund. Other returns are subject to approval and buyer to pay for shipping. All items must be returned within 30 days. If there is a problem with an item, we will do our best to make a customer happy. See our feedback.

A:We will ALWAYS combine shipping on all items ending within 5 days of the first auction's end date. If you would like to combine shipping, DO NOT PAY untill all of your items have ended. You will be sent an updated email every time a item ends, with updated shipping charges. Please wait for OUR invoice to be sent before you pay for your auctions.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?

A:In most cases we ship same day as payment is recieved. Our UPS Ground service is 2-5 days. 5-10 days would be the WORST case scenario. If you have not recieved your package from us within 10 days of payment, notify us ASAP. Please see our feedback, we have a reputation for extremely fast shipping!

A:A handling fee of $1.99 will be added to buyers total. If multiple items are won, only ONE handling fee will be charged. Shipping will be charged based on weight and destination location. Always wait for OUR shipping quote, NEVER go by the ebay shipping calculator as it is ALWAYS too high. We have very reasonable shipping rates.
