| RETURN POLICY |
| Returns for credit will be accepted for 14 days from the date of receipt.
All returns carry a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for freight on any return back to CWI Outlet.
All returns must be shipped in the original packaging. |

| RETURN INSTRUCTIONS |
- Customer must contact CWI Outlet at 908-684-0802 X116 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to return.
|
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or the box will be refused.
|
- Returns must include all accessories that were received such as manuals, batteries, ink cartridges, etc.
Missing accessories will be subject to a charge back fee.
|
- Return items must be received at CWI Outlet within seven business days of the RMA issue date.
