Let's make this clear - no returns will be accepted without an RMA.

1.  Any return must contact us within 14 days of purchase. 

2.  A 20% restock applies to all returns that are not an error on our part and the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping

3.  Non-Returnable items -

A. Ones Sold explicitly "as-is"

B.  Electronics - we test everything thoroughly and keep the good, pitch the bad parts.

C.  Special orders and close out parts.

4.  We will cover the cost of shipping and ship out a replacement in the unlikely event we accidentally ship an incorrect part out.
