Shipping & Handling

Our goal is to get your parts to you in a timely, value priced manner.

We strive to get all parts shipped out within 24 - 48 hours of receiving payment. 

Our shipping schedule is as follows:

Sun - Mon Closed

Tue - 10a - 7p

Wed - 10a - 6p

Thurs - 10a - 7p

Friday - 10a- 5p

Saturday - 10a - 4p (shipper does not pick up on saturdays)

Occasionally buyers will purchase parts over the weekend and will experience a 1-2 delay in shipping.  We appreciate their patience in allowing us to get thier parts shipped when we open back up. 

Here's some pointers to help the shipping process:

*Always include your full street address - complete road names, apartment, suite, or building department numbers are crucial to keeping your shipment on track.

*Whenever possible please include your phone number in the paypal payment.

*Any special instructions should be left in the notes portion of the paypal payment.

Reshipping parts that come back to us due to incorrect address, incomplete address, wrong address, or typo by the buyer is not free for us, therefore we must charge for reshipment when we use the paypal address and the package comes back to us.

Our shipper(s) strive to pack your parts with care to help them arrive to you in the same condition they left here in.  On rare occasions our shippers may cause damage to products, when this happens contact us immediately so we can begin a claim on the shipment.  Whenever possible we will ship out a replacement part.
