Our families were cacti and succulent collectors, as children we learned to cultivate, propagate and care for them as a hobby. Now we are dedicated to share our knowledge, care and love for this type of plants. We first started our virtual nursery by selling on e bay, we have sold many thousands of plants there. Now, you can purchase directly from our web site. We hope that you will enjoy your cactus and succulents as much as we enjoy growing them.
Our guarantee & Return Policy
Our goal is to ship only quality plants in order to ensure your complete satisfactionWe guarantee safe arrival of your plants, we take the time to pack them carefully, we want you to receive them in the condition we would like to receive them ourselvesfont-family: If you believe you have received an unsatisfactory plant, please notify us in 24 hrs.Depending upon the problem, we will determine whether a replacement, credit or refund would be to your satisfaction. Care instructions are included with your plant.
Payment Processing and Security
We use PayPal as our payment processor, because we like their security protections for both buyer and seller. They incorporate a secure, encrypted shopping cart program. Once you enter the payment process, your transaction is encrypted. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.We also accept Cashiers check and Money orders.
Gifts
We're happy to send any order as a gift, just e-mail us the name and address where you want to send the plants. There are no extra charges to send your entire order as a gift to a single address. Shipments to multiple addresses will incur additional charges. (We will notify you of these charges at the time of your request.) If you like, you can send us your message and we will include a card or note in the shipment.
Shipping
We hold your plants when we receive your order. We then strive to ship your order on the following Monday or Wednesdy to minimize the chance that plants might sit in a box over a weekend, unnecessarily prolonging their journey. We ship via FedEx or US Postal Service Priority Mail to ensure prompt delivery. We ship our plants bare root (with soil removed from the roots) because removing the soil allows the plants to go dormant briefly and when you repot them it is like a jump start. We ship only within the United States Shipping costs are calculated to reflect the actual weight of the plants as packaged and shipped, the more plants you order, the less on average you will pay per plant to ship (unless, of course, subsequent plants are unusually large Receiving your plants Care instructions are included with your plant. Please read them. Above all, don't over water, this is the most common cause of dead plants.
Sales Tax
We are required to add 7 3/4% sales tax to all orders shipped to a California address. We are located in the San Diego, California region. We are not open to the public.cactuslimon@sbcglobal.net
