At this time, I only ship within the United States. I always ship within 1 business day of receiving payment. I occasionally offer up to 3 shipping choices. Please make sure you pay the appropriate cost in which you would like your item sent.
If you order multiple items in the same order, I will combine shipping to save you money. In this case, do not pay until I send a revised invoice. This, of course, is not applicable to jewelry purchases. Shipping cost for all jewelry purchases is $2.50, whether 1 item or 5. Jewelry will be shipped First Class at this price. If you prefer Priority, cost will be $4.95 for one or multiple items.
Refunds for jewelry items only! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please return it within 7 days, in its original shipping container, for a full refund of purchase price. Refund will be given as Money Back to your PayPal account or a USPS Money Order if your purchase was made with a Money Order. Please contact me BEFORE you return the item(s) so we can make arrangements. Shipping cannot be refunded.
I describe each of my items as best as I can. If I am unsure about something, I let you know in my description so you can then decide how you bid or if you purchase. If you see something that is incorrect, (or you think might be) let me know...I want my customers 100% satisfied with the item they buy. I am always open to suggestions.
