POOR PACKING! ARRIVED BROKEN! The Talavera boot I purchased was sent in a box with NO popcorn, NO bubble wrap, or anything to protect it from breaking. I have ordered numerous pieces of Talavera from other seller's on eBay and Etsy and has never received a broken piece because they were packaged appropriately. The item is completely useless and and I HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD BACK FR0M THE SELLER for a replacement or refund. This seller doesn't deserve even one STAR!
