 Q: What size cake will the image fit?
  A: These images are 7.5 X 10 and will usually entirely cover a quarter sheet or can be centered nicely on a half sheet cake.
 Q: Will you overnight an item?
  A: I would be happy to expedite an order when possible and overnight using Express Mail with USPS. Express mail guarantees a delivery date of 1-2 days depending on drop off time and destination. The down side is the cost to express ship is $18. If you have a FEDEX acct and would like for me to send the item charged to your account I can accommodate
 Q: Does this item come in other sizes?
  A: I can print in 7.5 X 10, 7.5 round and 2" cupcake formats. I can not print anything larger.
 Q: Will there be instructions on how to use the frosting sheet?
  A: Yes and I am available by email if you have any questions after your purchase.
 Q: What kind of frosting with these frosting sheets work with?
  A: Frosting sheets work on all frosting. Buttercream is best but it will work on all including ice cream cakes. Instructions are included.
 Q: Can I change the font style or color of the personalization?
  A: Yes, most times I can adjust to your preferences, however on some images certain colors and styles show up better than others. If that is the case and I believe the color or style you are choosing will be less than optimal I will contact you to work out an alternative.
 Q: Will I receive a proof prior to shipment?
  A: I do not email proofs as this holds up processing and mailing the item. Your item will be as listed with the exception that it will be personalized with your requested information. On rare occasions I will have to make adjustments to accommodate longer messages or names.
 Q: How long can the personalization or name be on my image?
  A: I can usually fit any name or message. Bearing in mind that the longer the message the smaller the font will become. In some cases I will have to arrange the wording differently that on the listing to allow enough room. I do so in the most visually appealing manner possible.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: If there was an error made in personalization I will accept a return for exchange.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes. After checkout I will combine invoices for you to reduce shipping. I will offer discounts for large quantities.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: First class mail generally takes 3-5 business days and priority mail usually takes 2-3 business days. I ship within 24 hours of order placement or the next mail pickup but I can NOT guarantee a delivery date unless Express Mail is used.
 Q: How is my image packaged so that it will not spoil or get damaged?
  A: Cake images do not require refrigeration, therefore they will not spoil. To keep shipping cost low I have tried several forms of packaging. What seems to work best and is most economical is flat shipping in a 10 X 13 envelope. The image is protected with several layers of card stock and enclosed in an airtight bag to retain proper moisture.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Yes, you must email me with your address and I can provide an exact charge prior to purchase commitment.
 Q: How long will cake images keep?
  A: Frosting sheets will stay good for up to 12 months in a cool, dry, DARK place. It is imperative that you seal it in an airtight container or bag and keep it in a DARK place so that it will not dry out and fade.
 Q: Can my image be personalized?
  A: Yes all of my images are created to be personalized unless it specifically states in the listing that it can not. There are a few images that are difficult to effectively personalize due to their variation of colors used.
 Q: Can you make an image round?
  A: I can make most of the images shown into a round 7.5" cake image. Some will convert to a round format nicer than others depending on their orientation and content.
 Q: Can this image be made into cupcake/cookie images?
  A: Yes, most images can be made into cupcake images. It should be noted that personalizations on cupcake images are done with a small font so images with a busy background can be difficult to personalize and are sometimes best left without any excess words.
 Q: Will you create a custom design upon request?
  A: Absolutely. Usually at no extra charge I can create for you a custom design, including colors and objects that you have chosen. If I have to process several images together there may be an additional charge of $1.
 Q: How do I let you know what to personalize my image with?
  A: It is imperative that you email me immediately after checkout with your personalization request. I will hold an item for one week and make several attempts to contact you in that time. If after one week I have not gotten the information needed I will send the item without personalization.
 Q: If you don't get my personalization information what will happen next?
  A: If you do not send me an email with you request right away I will send you a reminder. I will send several reminders over the course of one week. If I do not get the personalization information in that time I will ship the item without personalization. Timely shipping is reliant on your timely response.
 Q: How long does it take to process my order?
  A: Unless there is a "vacation" notice on my listing all orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving all required information (payment, address, personalization request). If there would be an unexpected delay I would email you with other options. I do use USPS so if there is a holiday or Sunday the item will ship the very next day.
 Q: What if I didn't check my email and you don't have my request in time to get my image to me?
  A: If your image has NOT been processed I am completely agreeable to mutually terminating the transaction. My goal is to provide you with great images that you will enjoy for your party. If that can not be done for ANY reason regardless of responsiblity I will dissolve the sale. If the order has been processed I'm afraid there isn't anymore I can do.
 Q: I just checked out on two items and didn't receive a combined shipping discount.
  A: If you didn't give me an opportunity to combine your purchases you may not receive the discount, however, if you email me to let me know I will refund the discount different back to your paypal account.
