All Bids Are Binding and Non-Payment Will Result In a Dispute. When you bid on our auctions or make a purchase out of our eBay Store you agree to all Terms and Conditions.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Our product is guaranteed to be as stated in our auction or store or we will replace it or refund it at no cost to the customer.
All of our items are brand new unless otherwise stated in our auctions and most items are discounted 40% - 75% off of retail pricing! We invite you to shop around for pricing and see for yourself!
CONTACTING US:
We will be happy to answer all questions. We check emails daily. We only communicate through our email system so that we may have a record of all correspondence.
To facilitate a quicker answer to your inquiries, you must include the following information: the auction number, your eBay ID, the email address registered with your eBay account and your name. Attempting to find your record without this info takes more time and will take us longer to get back to you.
Please be sure to add our email address to your safe sender's list on your email server so that you will receive all notifications, including your shipping and tracking info. We are not responsible for lost communication or emails not received due to your notices ending up in a spam folder or going to an outdated email address listed with your eBay or Paypal account.
Because your item can be shipped out very quickly please make sure you notify us of any problems, concerns or questions with your shipment before paying. We may not get to an email from you in time before your item is shipped out. This may especially be the case around the holiday season when we have high email volume.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
We do combine shipping on multiple purchases of items to save you money. The item with the highest shipping amount counts as your first item. All items after that will discounted to half the amount listed in the auction. In order to receive your discount you must make all your purchases within 3 days or before the shopping cart closes and BEFORE you pay. Once you pay, the shopping cart closes and any other items attempted to be added will no longer be eligible for the discount.
Please be aware that shipping and handling (S&H) is not just postage or UPS charges. It includes the time, effort, & material associated with the preparation and arrangement of shipment. In the case of international shipments it also includes all the paperwork necessary to fill out customs forms, etc. Please do not ask for discounts on these costs.
SHIPPING INFO:
If your payment clears on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any Holiday, your item will be processed for shipment within 24-48 hours of the next business day. All International customers, please see important shipping info below.
Our automated system will send out an immediate notification to the email address you have registered with eBay, as soon as your product is processed for shipment. This info will include shipping info and tracking or delivery confirmation.
Delivery time is generally 2-5 business days, but the delivery time is not guaranteed and may be longer, especially during any legal holiday where the US Postal Service or UPS does not deliver. Please allow ample time to shop and for your package to be shipped to you, especially during the Holidays!
If you do not receive your package within 7-10 business days of our shipping notification, please contact us as your package may be lost and we will need to put a tracer on it. Do not contact us before that time unless you have checked the carrier's site with your tracking number and see there is an actual problem.
We do not ship to post office boxes, except on international shipments. Therefore, we ask that all buyers supply us with a physical address. If a post office box is supplied upon checkout, whether it is transferred over from the eBay or Paypal account or entered by the customer, and the item is shipped via UPS, the customer will need to go to their local UPS depot to pick up the package, as UPS will not deliver to a post office box. If the item is shipped back by UPS, the customer will be responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs for us to reship the item.
Sorry, we do not allow local pick-ups.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO:
We truly do ship product all over the planet! Please see each individual auction for your rate, located just after the description of the product. If the rate for your country is not listed please email us before bidding and we will send you a quote.
Any import, customs, duties, taxes or fees which are determined once a shipment reaches the country of import are the customers responsibility and California Wholesale will not be held responsible for these. Also, please be advised that there may be additional charges by any local courier used by your local delivery service/post, in your country, that we have no control over. These taxes and fees vary from country to country and can be quite high, therefore, the importer/customer should contact their local customs office for further information prior to bidding and purchasing or placing any orders.
Please note that while we do our best to dispatch international orders within 24-48 hours after a cleared payment, due to the time required to process customs papers, etc., international orders can take as long as 3-4 business days to ship, not including weekends and holidays.
We do not ship to post office boxes, except on international shipments.
RETURN POLICY:
We have a 30-day return policy for exchange of defective merchandise only. Please contact us immediately upon receipt if you feel your item is defective.
You must write us first to obtain an RMA number ON ALL RETURNS. Any package being delivered to us without an RMA number listed on the package will be refused. If for some reason we cannot refuse the package with the customer's chosen carrier, the customer will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus original shipping costs.
All other returns within 30 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus original shipping charges.
On items offering free shipping we will calculate our shipping and handling fees and that will be deducted from the refund.
We do not allow returns on any software for any reason as it can be copied. If you are experiencing difficulty, please contact the manufacturer direct. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We do not take back product after 30 days for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Items damaged in shipping MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt in order for us to facilitate a claim as quickly as possible with the appropriate carrier. We take care of all damage claims. Please be sure to hold onto the packing so that the carrier can inspect it until they complete their investigation (5-10 business days). When they have concluded their report and issued a claim we will reship your product.
FEEDBACK
Our feedback system is automated so if you are happy with how the transaction was handled, leave us positive feedback and it will generate the system to do the same for you!
We have excellent customer service and we really do try very hard to make sure everything runs smoothly in getting you your product as fast as possible and in great order. Leaving us with Negative Feedback, filing complaints with eBay or Paypal without attempting to resolve the issue directly with us first does not solve the problem. Please contact us first with ANY dissatisfaction with the transaction, as we are always willing to work things out. If we are at fault we will fix the problem as soon as possible. Please note that any neutral or negative feedback left for us will be countered with the same in the form of a rebuttal and the transaction will be considered cancelled.
