Our number one store policy is customer service. We want you to be completely delighted with your items and shopping experience with us. To make that happen, we work hard to provide you with Five-Star Customer Service in four important areas:
* ACCURATE DESCRIPTIONS *
We research our items and inspect them carefully so we can provide honest and accurate descriptions along with clear photographs to assist you in your selections. We encourage you to ask questions. If you need more information, we will be happy to provide it to you.
We are not experts in all things, and may make mistakes from time to time. Please understand these are honest mistakes and never an attempt to mislead you. If you are not delighted with your items, please contact us immediately. We will make it right!
* COMMUNICATION *
Communication is an important part of any transaction, and we will respond quickly to your needs or questions. We do use some automated emails to keep you informed during the process. These may be filtered by your spam blockers, but you can always check your transaction summary in My eBay. We update it with all pertained information such as payment received, shipping dates and tracking numbers to keep you up-to-date every step of the way.
* SHIPPING TIME & PROCEDURES *
Shipping is an important part of our business and we take it very seriously. We put a great deal of effort in our procedures to get your items to you safely. Each item is re-inspected prior to shipping to confirm our descriptions and assure you will be thrilled with your purchase. We use quality-packaging materials and carefully package your items to ensure they arrive perfectly.
We ship six days a week to get your items to you fast. Your items will ship within 1-2 days of cleared payment unless there is a holiday. Within the US, we are able to provide you with a tracking number so that you know where your item is every step of the journey. This will be sent via automated email and recorded in the eBay transaction details for your items.
* SHIPPING COSTS *
No inflated prices, ever! We charge actual shipping costs and a small handling fee of $2.50. Where possible we combine your items to reduce your costs. Shipping cost continues to increase due to the carriers, but we have held firm our handling costs for over two years.
