 | A: We will accept returns for exchange, if item is not available refund will be issued. We no longer cover damaged or lost item by USPS that is why you need to cover it with the optional insurance (before this was covered by our S&H fees since we have been made to reduce the S&H fees you need to protect your packages by insurance! |

 | A: We charge a Flat Rate S & H with Discount as follows: The highest Shipping Cost of items purchased and $1.00 Off each for additional item purchase made for up to 7 days & must be paid for in combined invoice to qualify for shipping discount. We Do Not ship outside the US, except US to Military AFO/FPO. |

 | A: Most all package arrive within 2 to 9 days depending on where you live in the US. We have been avg 2 to 5 days. We ship at Least Once everyday except Sundays & Holidays. Once we ship the items, We NO longer have control of the items. We do Delivery Conformation on all items! The # is emailed to you when we ship your items |

 | A: We State Shipping charge on each item listed, because of a variety of products & weight. Check the item for charges. Please Keep in mind that the S & H Fees includes more than just postage: USPS postage fee, delivery conformation, packaging materials, supplies (tape, paper,ink for postage)etc We ship DVDs in waterproof bubble mailers. |

 | A: We use the USPS, shipped 1st class, Delivery in 2 to 5 Days most of time. It can take up to 2 weeks depending on th Post Office, which we cant control. If over 13 ozs it can not go 1st class, it will either be sent media or priority mail. We find priority many times is cheaper than media. We DO NOT offer next day because it is not offered by our PO |

 | A: In the Listing, It say this item is.., you are bidding on..or auction is for..In that area of the listing we will attempt to list the complete condition of the dvds, artwork, case & inserts if included. Some times we miss things, but we try to by honest. If we are not honest, you wont be happy w/your purchase! We want you to Enjoy the movies! |

 | A: We get them from many different sources. Many items are not able to be sold in the stores due to damage to sleeve or case, We replace them w/ new cases. Once we open the item they are no longer considered New, by Ebay. We list them as used & list what we did to them. We clean & repair used dvds that need it. We Tested & Mark them. |
