RETURNS:
We only give Merchandise Credit under certain situations: In order to receive merchandise credit you must purchase shipping insurance. Non Insured orders will not be refunded, returned, or exchanged for any reason. No exceptions! You must notify us by email within 3 days after receiving your order if you need a merchandise credit for your order. We do track orders. If we do not hear from you within 3 days after you receive your order we will assume everything is in good condition. The buyer is responible for ALL shipping and handling charges!! We do not give credit for shipping and handling charges. There will be a return fee or restocking fee of $1.00 per item. The condition of the item is different for each item catagory: Candles: There must be at least 3/4 of the candle left in the jar. Merchandise: The merchandise must be returned in the orginial (undamaged) box it came in, and with the orginial products that came in the box (undamaged). Bath and Body Products: Sorry we can no longer offer returns on these items. Returns on these products would not be safe for anyone. Thank You!
Shipping, Handling & Insurance Charges:
Our special for shipping is $10.00 for 5 eligible items in our store. The only non eligible items are: Any of the Home Decor or Gift Baskets. Also this is only for inside the United States only. This does not include insurance charges. Other wise the shipping and handling charges is stated in every listing, and does NOT include insurance or multiple purchases. We offer insurance as an option, and is completely the buyers choice and responsiblity to add it, if they desire to do so. For I am not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or re-routed packages.
We do offer combined shipping, (sorry!, no combined shipping for international orders) please make only one payment for everything. Please, if you have any questions please feel free to ask before you buy. The cost for combined shipping charges is as follows (unless otherwise stated in a listing): The highest shipping and handling charge will be charged and then $1.50 will be added to that shipping charge for each additional item purchased. Of course if you want insurance that also would need to be added by you, the buyer.
We do offer to ship internationally.
We ship all orders out within 24 hrs. after cleared payment has been received (unless otherwise stated for special orders or baskets), except for Sunday's, Holiday's, and some Saturday's. Saturday shipping: if you place your order on Friday and cleared payment has been received, then normally and in most cases your order will be shipped on Saturday.
In a few of our listings we do charge a small handling fee, mostly for orders being shipped internationally.
Payment Types Accepted:
We accept and Prefer Paypal, but we do offer money orders and cashiers check's in a few of our listings. If you wish to make a purchase that only offers paypal, email me and I will update that listing to offer money orders or cashiers checks. Please make payment within 5 days of close of auction, buy it now, or fixed priced.
Customer Service/Care:
We strive to satisfy all of our customers. We want you to be happy, so email us within 3 days if there is a problem with your purchase after you have receive it. We will work with you to try to resolve any issues with your purchase, as long as it stays within our policy limits. Communication is the key and that takes TWO!
Feedback Information:
We will gladly leave feedback AFTER we receive feedback from the buyer first. This is because, unfortunately many buyers for some reason, do not leave feedback after it is left for them!
We reserve the right to CANCEL any bid and/or to block a buyer. We also reserve the right to update and/or add to any or all of this policy as we see it is needed.
NOTE: All of or bath & body products are made with special care by us, and extra scented (unless you request them not to be extra scented). Our designer scents are duplicates!
