Payment
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX. Checkout must be completed within 24 hours of listings end, or checkout will be cancelled & item will be relisted.
Shipping
Your billing & shipping address must match. We require this for your protection from Fraud. Winning bidder pays all shipping costs.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment, sometimes order processing may take longer. Estimated Delivery time is how long it will take the shipping carrier to deliver the order to your door. Orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday excluding major holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting a shipping method.
Orders that do not have shipping insurance purchased will not be eligible for a full replacement. Orders that show proof of delivery from the shipping carrier will not be eligible for a full replacement.
~USA TERMS: We ship USPS Priority & UPS. Please include both a PO Box and Physical Street address if possible with your payment.
~GLOBAL TERMS: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO COUNTRIES THAT ACCEPT USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL. Insurance & Tracking is available for International Buyers. We will not be responsible for the following: Lost Packages, Custom Duties, Any other fees required for entry.
Shipping Discount
You will receive a new combined invoice everytime you buy or win an item within a 24 hour period. Please do not pay until you get your combined invoice!
Return Policy
We gladly accept exchanges and returns within 15 days of delivery of product. Clearance Mdse does not apply. In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must do the following:
1. Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. You may call our toll free number: 1.866.873.1792 Please note: Any items delivered to us without this number will be returned to sender.
2. The product must be returned in its original condition, never worn, with original tags, and in original packaging. Shoeboxes must also be in original condition, so please put them in another box for shipment.
3. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the shipping carton and send it back to us.
Once your return is received, your exchange will ship if it is in stock or you will receive a refund of your purchase price.
Holiday Policy
Returns will be accepted for items purchased between November 1 and December 25 until January 20th.
