All of the museum quality models are 100% handcrafted, built planks on frame. Models are fully assembled, not in kits form. Each model comes with a base, a brass or metal name plate and the history about the ship.

All models are handmade from beginning by skillful and experienced craftsmen. They are built according to scale of the original ships through original plans or pictures using the plank on frame construction method. The hull is joined by multi-pieces of dry thin wood glued together.

Inside the hull, the use of high quality epoxy helps the thin wooden bars to bond close to one another and not split, crack or twist even in variable climatic conditions.

The highest quality woods like rose wood, ebony, black wood, mahogany, teak are used in the construction of these models. All the wood is naturally seasoned and kiln dry before use to make sure that the completed products withstand any climate.

There are about 200 craftsmen and employees that work in the factory. It takes hundreds of man-hours to build one model like Sovereign of the Seas, H.M.S Victory, the Cutty Sark, the Pirate Ship, Titanic Ocean Liner, Queen Mary 2 Ocean Liner, Normandie Ocean Liner, Majesty of the Seas Cruise Ship, etc.

Each ship is individually packed in a carton box. A wooden frame is used to protect the ship from breakage when the box is accidentally tipped up-side down, dropped or has heavy objects placed on it.

For ships and yachts with simple details, they are packed with the masts folded down.
