We realize you have many options when it comes to making a purchase online. The last thing you want is to take the time to make a purchase and then when you get your item it's not what it was supposed to be.

Like you we are also buyers here on ebay so when we choose a product to list for sale we put ourselves in the shoes of our buyers.

We inspect each item to check for any issues, damage, wear, missing pieces or other concerns that should be included in the description. We want each item that is shipped to be not "just" what the buyer wanted but hopefully it will "exceed" their expectations.

In addition we offer a 100% 30 day return policy on all items. We know from our own experience as buyers on eBay sometimes pictures may not tell the whole story, maybe the color is not quite what was expected or there were things about the item that even though the description was correct we did not realize until it came in the mail.

We know these things happen at times and that is why we have our 30 day return policy. Simply contact us regarding your purchase and let us know you would like to make a return. We will instruct you as to what method to use to return your item and as long as we have your item returned to us within 30 days we will issue a full refund of your purchase price and even cover the return shipping cost.
