Please remember, all brand new products sold by CarAudioSupply have passed thorough factory testing to ensure they work perfectly and have passed a strict quality check prior to shipping.
That means our products have been factory tested and they work correctly. We also package each order very carefully with plenty of packing materials to cushion the item during transit. We also carefully hand inspect each product as it enters the shipping process.
When you purchase a product from us, you can feel confident you will promptly receive your item exactly as described and in excellent condition.
In the rare event that you should require a warranty claim on a product, you must proceed under the conditions listed below to be eligible for warranty coverage or product return.
The terms of the 30 day limited warranty and 7 day return policy that is included and applies to all items sold by our company is as follows.
We guarantee items to be free from defects in material & workmanship under the terms and condtions listed here. Due to the complexity of mobile electronics installation, all products must be professionally installed to be eligible for our 30 day limited warranty.
If the product included a factory warranty card, the product must be returned to the manufacture for warranty service.
A dated receipt proving the item was professionally installed by a licensed professional electronics installation technician at an actual business with a store front open to the public. An explanation from the installation business’s on their letter head or shop receipt explaining the problem they encountered with the product at the time of installation.
Next, the buyer must contact us by email to let us know of the problem and request a return authorization # within 30 days from the date received and shown as delivered in the package tracking system. Any item returned to us without a return authorization # will be refused with the package being returned to the sender with postage due by COD or freight collect. We will exchange the product for the exact same model only if the warranty conditions have been met.
The buyer agrees to pay shipping to return the item in need of warranty service and CarAudioSupply will pay for shipping of the replacement product.
Any product returned that shows signs of physical damage, water damage, or signs of abuse, will not be covered be CarAudioSupply under the 30 day warranty. The final decision if a returned product shows signs of physical damage, abuse or water damage will be made by one of our retail store sales professionals and shall be final.
We are very fair and honest but we must also have terms that are fair to us as well. For example, we cannot cover a product that was filled with water due to a hole in your vehicles trunk lid or a product that was accidentally dropped on the ground with dents or cracks, etc.
CarAudioSupply assumes no other liability other than what is listed above for incidental or consequential expenses and or costs or installation or removal of the product covered by the limited warranty. Self installation of the product by the buyer or anyone on the buyer's behalf that is not a licensed installation shop voids the CarAudioSupply 30 day warranty.
By purchasing and product from us, you the buyer are agreeing and accepting the all terms listed in our eBay listings and all warranty terms and conditions listed here.
Some products we sell are also covered by a manufacture’s warranty and we will state that in the listing if applicable.

In order to keep our prices low for our customers, we cannot warranty any product after 30 days from the date of delivery shown in the tracking system. Some businesses offer a 1 year warranty and they build the cost of that into the product cost or they sell at "retail price", we do not and we generally sell our products very close to our actual dealer cost and only net a profit of a few dollars or less on each product sold. We sell near or at wholesale cost to provide the lowest possible prices for our customers.
7 DAY RETURN POLICY TERMS:
We take great care when accurately describing the items we sell on eBay, but in the event you decide the item is not right for your needs, you may return it to us for a refund of the actual product purchase price only which shall exclude any shipping, handling or shipping insurance fees paid by the buyer at the time of original purchase and only if the following conditions have been met by the buyer.
A refund from a brand new unused returned product will be in the form money back via the original payment form or in a store merchandise credit to be used on any of our other products offered for sale on eBay.
You must email us for a return authorization # which must be included with the returned product.
You must email us for a return authorization within 7 days of the date you received the item as shown in the package tracking system. If the buyer has not emailed us within 7 days from the date the tracking shows the item was delivered, all sales shall be final. We cannot be responsible for emails not received by us to any reason including system error or internet connections problems.
We can only accept returns on unused products that are received in 100% clean, original undamaged condition. All original product packaging, paperwork must be included to be eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to us.
Any shipping, shipping insurance, and handling fees paid by the buyer at the time of purchase are NOT REFUNDABLE and any item returned for a refund or a store credit will be in the amount of the original product cost only less 15% for a restocking fee. The restocking fee helps cover part of the fees we encured such as eBay listing fees, eBay final value fees, buysafe.com bonding fees etc.
If you return an unused item that had free shipping offered in the listing, the refund would also be less the actual postage it cost us to ship the order to you which is fair.
Store credits or refunds issued for a new unused returned product will be minus 15% of the original purchase amount and will exclude any shipping cost, shipping insurance and handling fees paid at the time of original purchase for a restocking handling fee.
Any non defective product that has been opened, installed, used or is received in unclean and or otherwise damages condition, shall be returned to the sender in the condition it was received by us at the time of receiving the returned item and is not eligible for return.
All returns must be shipped back to us postage pre paid with shipping insurance up to the value of the actual product purchase price.
If the item is damaged or lost in shipping when in transit to us, we cannot be held liable and the buyer shall file a shipping insurance claim with the shipper for their lost or damaged product. Items must be returned in a well package box with packing material to protect the product during return transit.
