  1. Fill the glass base with water until it reaches approximately 1"-2" above the bottom of the shaft pipe.
  2. Put the shaft into the bottle neck and twist until it is sealed and air tight.
  3. Place the ashtray on the shaft.  (The ashtray DOES NOT belong between the shaft and the glass!)
  4. Put the head (clay bowl) grommet on top of the shaft.
  5. Place the head on the grommet and secure it.
  6. Put the hose grommet(s) into the hose holder and push it in as far as it will go.
  7. Insert the hose end into the grommet and make it fit snugly by gently pushing it in.
