What I loved about this purchase was the customer service I received. I am currently wintering in Florida and when I placed my order, I overlooked the “ship to” address - yep, went to my Ohio address. I reached to ask about the item being returned and it was explained that my postal people noted I was “away” instead of forwarding the package, as I have been getting mail since September. Awesome people, eh? No problem was the reply and I received the brushes in a few days. Excellent!!

The item was exactly as described. There was a issue with delivery at the expected time. I found out that the issue was with a problem within the postal office regional system . I received a message from the seller very rapidly and they were excellent in staying in touch with me and informed about the issue. Overall, this was a great seller to deal with.
