My promise to You: All items of Carlo-Creations are new, smoke free, and from a pet free environment.. All items that are handmade are made from all new materials such as the fabric, elastic and lace. I try to make them as perfect as I can,however, I may be off a little tad now and then. Smaller items are plastic wrapped and shipped in a poly-bag. Larger items are either prepackaged or wrapped in a cover before placing in a box. I appreciate my customers and will treat you with utmost consideration. I want you to feel as if you are my only customer. IF you are happy, I am happy. If you are not happy, I will make it right so that you are happy.
