If the case does not fit, defective, damaged during the shipping, or simply you change your mind, please feel free to contact us within 30 days to receive a replacement shipped to you for free.

How often do you ship? How fast do you process my order?

We ship on a daily basis from Monday to Saturday except holidays. Your orders will be processed within 24 hours after cleared payment.

What shipping method do you use? How long does it take to deliver?

We use the U.S. postal office first class mail for domestic shipping and air mail for international shipping. The estimated delivery time is 2-9 days for domestic mails and 4-10 business days for international mails.

Do you ship internationally? What shipping method do you use?

Yes, we welcome international buyers. Actually, 40% of our customers are international buyers. We fill out custom firms correctly and send out international packages on a daily basis.
