Returns:
We accept returns on most "New with Tags" items, used items are all final sale. Items won through 'best offer' or on sale are non-returnable. Contact must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date if you are planning on returning an item and the item MUST be received back to us in the exact same condition it was sent within 7 days of the delivery date. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, unless the item is 'significantly not as described' due to an accidental oversight (in this case, we will issue a full refund plus return a shipping label), if a replacement is available we will send a replacement. If the return is received past 7 days there is a 50% restocking fee. This is just to cover the costs it takes to process returns. We understand that restocking fees are a bummer, but are necessary for our small business. As a happy compromise we will waive all restocking fees for exchanges of equal or greater value.
Payments:
Payment is due within 48 hours of the listing end unless prior agreements are made. We prefer PayPal, but cashiers checks or money orders may be sent as long as the winner purchases a tracking number or delivery confirmation number on the money order. If you send a money order or check, you must email us with the tracking number within 48 hours of the listing end. This prevents the "my check got lost in the mail" excuse.
Feedback:
We leave feedback once the transaction is over, i.e. you purchase and pay for the item, we ship it to you, you are happy and it is all over. We believe that it is the buyer's responsibility to communicate if there is something wrong with the item. If you do not communicate with us, how are we supposed to fix the problem? Once feedback is left, the transaction is over; there are no returns allowed.
Authenticity:
ALL of our items are guaranteed authentic. If, for some reason, you receive your item and fear that it is not authentic, please email us. There are a lot of brands that change their tags and materials over the years and the item could be an older or newer version that you are familiar with. We have constant communication with the brands we sell and will make every effort to prove your item is authentic. If you leave slanderous feedback, be prepared to prove your case in court. We take our reputation very seriously and ALWAYS have the evidence to prove our items' authenticity. |
