About Me: I am a Treasure Broker. This is my full time profession. I seek to find the beauty and worth in things and offer them a new home. About My Items and My Store: To cash out tangible goods means to liquidate something to release the equity of that item. Alternatively, it is to recognize the value and worth in something. Selling vintage, antique, and collectible items is in effect cashing them out for their intrinsic value. I also re-purpose items to fully recognize their potential and increase their actual worth. When you visit my store – you’ll also find new items and several Longaberger products. All items are represented honestly and are backed by a money back guarantee 14-day return policy. Be sure to visit often, as you never know what you might find!
Best offer: Some items are marked with best offer accepted. You are free to make an offer on these items per eBay policies. When a vintage or pre-owned item is not marked “best offer” – you may contact me to suggest a price. Contacting me to suggest a price, or making an offer, does not constitute an agreement of sale.
Communication:If you have any questions, please contact me through eBay messages. I am available to answer questions on weekdays or during “normal” business days. If you send a question during the weekend or on a holiday, I will promptly respond on the next business day. Please be aware I am located on the west coast so there may be time differences to consider.
Delivery Information:
International Purchases: Packages shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and fees that are added by Customs and collected on delivery (payable by buyer). Falsifying Customs documents is illegal and I am not willing to participate in this action. Be sure you understand what your total costs will be prior to purchasing. International shipment items that are of a high enough value to incur import duties are often delayed by Customs. For your protection from theft, all items shipped outside the United States with a purchase price over $100 will be shipped with adult signature required.
Signature for Delivery:To protect you and for the safe delivery of your package, items with a value over $150 shipped within the United States will require an adult signature for delivery. The same is required for items shipped outside of the United States for items with a value over $100 (including shipping). Occasionally, a “hot” item under the stated value may also be shipped with a signature required. I make every effort to note this on your shipping invoice.
Shipping Insurance:Insurance on your purchase is at my discretion and my expense.
Shipping Charges and Handling: Shipping charges includes boxes and other shipping supplies as needed to get your item into your hand undamaged and for a safe delivery. I am happy to combine shipping when it is feasible. Please ask before paying. There will be a $1 handling charge for this service. Please also remember that due to the increased weight of the package, in some cases your shipping costs for the additional items may increase the costs you pay. If this is the case, you will be notified. I ship within one business day of receipt of your cleared payment. There is no shipping on weekends and holidays.
Expedited shipping: This means your package will be shipped EITHER USPS First Class or USPS Priority and will be determined at the time the item is prepared for shipping. When seller pays shipping - this is at the discretion of the seller.
Discounts: When discounts are offered, the discounted amount will be refunded to you via PayPal once your payment has cleared.
Returns: All sales are final. However, if an item is significantly not as described, returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis and do require the buyer to contact me in a timely manner prior to returning an item. Refunds are not considered or given until item returned in the same condition which it was listed/sold. There are times pictures may be adequate and a return is not needed. Our timely and excellent communication will help me to determine that this is the case. If an item is damaged in shipment, documentation is required along with the return of the damaged item before a refund will be considered (save the packaging please). There may be times that the postal carrier may need to be involved. When this is the case, it is your responsibility to work with the carrier service to reconcile the problem. No partial refunds are given.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged on items shipped within California at the Los Angeles County rate.

However, currently when an item is marked expedited it means your package will be shipped either USPS First Class or USPS Priority and will be determined at the time the item is prepared for shipping. When seller pays shipping - this is at the discretion of the seller.
Free Shipping: When an item is offered as free shipping. It is for the first option for shipping within the United States only. All other options and countries will have additional shipping charges. Not all items are offered with the free shipping option.
Local pickup: Some items in my store are clearly listed with a local pickup option. When an item is not listed for local pickup – and the item is heavy or bulky – I may be open to a local pickup option. I may also be open to local pickup if there is an item of high value that you want to inspect before making your purchase. Please contact me and ask. When picking an item up locally, be aware I am in the Los Angeles County area of Southern California. Also, the time and location for local pickup can be negotiated, however it will most likely be at my convenience. Cash payment is required and there may be times you will be requested to meet me at the bank during banking hours.
Media Mail and First Class: Most items shipped via Media Mail or First Class USPS will not be in a box. They will be shipped in a padded envelope.
Priority Mail: It is at the seller’s discretion how an item is shipped using priority mail. This may include flat rate, shipping by weight, box, or envelope.
