The item is what I needed however this seller has no clue how to package. This item was 2 bottles of dish soap. When they arrived I opened the outer package and the both bottles had leaked all over. Instead of fully wrapping both bottles tight in bubble wrap or something they just put tape around the caps which did nothing. I communicated this to the seller and they did issue a substantial partial refund which is why there is a neutral rating instead of a negative rating.
