Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If returning an item please email me first within 5 days of receiving
merchandise. Refunds will not be given on lost or damaged product occurring from
mail handling if you did not purchase insurance. I must receive the item in the
same condition it was sold and within 7 days of your email response from me.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, the price for one item is as posted. All additional items on the same
invoice, within 7 days, will be eligible for combined shipping as quoted in the
listing. So buy in quantity and save on shipping.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Your order will be shipped as soon as there is a confirmed payment through
PayPal, ususally within 3 days, if not sooner. Please verify your ship to
address.
Q: Are all your items new?
A: All items in my store are new, except the category CLOSET CLUTTER. There you
will find select used items from guess what? My closets.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Canada only at this time. Shipping rates differ, depending on product
weight. Prices will be specified. Also, buyers are responsible for payment of
taxes and tariffs levied by their government.
Q: Are your Webkinz new?
A: Yes, all Webkinz are new with unused tags.
Q: What method of shipping do you use?
A: I use United States Postal Service. If you would like a different carrier
please contact us and we will try to accomodate that.
